ruins

When I'm working on something I'm enjoying, I'll have visuals just come to me. And if I don't get my ideas down on paper really quickly, in some form, they sometimes vanish. I liked the way this one was looking in my head, so I grabbed my brush and jotted it down in that same old sketchbook. Here's a quick sketch of Namor cruising above some ruins of ancient Atlantis.

Thanks guys and gals. I wasn't sure if this image would read actually, as the first person I showed it to didn't know what it was. I then showed it to my wonderful great aunt, who can't see too well, and she really didn't know what it was. I think she said, "wooooow...what is it?"

Glad to hear George is doing good.

haha. more to come soon! settling in over here on the other side of the world, gotta find a scanner now, and a screen for my laptop which was overcome by saltwater and was half working. then when i took it in to get repaired at a little shop back home, the shop got hit by a tornado, roof ripped off, and now my screen doesn't work at all. no joke
